NCC Estonia

The first of the Vana-Kuuli apartment buildings has been completed (address: Vana-Kuuli tn. 5). It is located on the limit of the city district Lasnamäe, in close vicinity of the Song Festival Grounds (’Lauluväljak’). The area developed is special because of its viable high vegetation – there will be playing grounds, paths and cosy places for resting beneath the trees. Parking spaces have been provided in parking houses and along the external building perimeter.
