The block of terrace buildings is located on the outer limit of Tallinn, by the sea, with a view of the island Naissaar and the steep limestone coast. 2-3 storey houses form an ensemble that encompasses a cosy patio. All of the apartments open at least in two quarters. Every apartment has a balcony or terrace. The environment created through development should provide the inhabitants with spaces of different level of privacy: apartments, yard areas, public park, seashore.
