Four modern apartment buildings were completed in the beginning of the year 2005 at the new settlement on the corner plot between Kase and Kesk streets. Upon planning of the settlement, the architect, Anu Muuk from AS Nord Projekt considered creation of a pleasant living environment as her primary objective – parking spaces are located close to the territory's outer limits; the green area between buildings has been designed directly as a recreation zone with a playing ground for children. Each of the buildings includes 30 apartments of various sizes.
