The group of office buildings planned to be built on the Aiandi 14 and 16 properties is, in fact, an extension of the office building quarter located at 118 A.H. Tammsaare tee. At the same time, it connects the Laki Street commercial buildings and the Rabaküla apartment building district, currently under construction. The planned buildings are going to be built in the same scale as other neighbouring buildings to create an environment with different heights. The area between the buildings will be elevated to accommodate all the parking facilities on the underground floor, providing a private area by the buildings and convenient access to the buildings. The quarter is surrounded by a network of streets: Mustamäe tee, A. H. Tammsaare tee, Kadaka tee and Laki Street. These ensure convenient access by car as well as by public transport. The location of the buildings in the middle of the quarter ensures a pleasant and quiet working environment.
