In our case, construction means primarily project management, construction and design engineering contracting, construction and renovation projects.
First, we determine and map the customer’s wishes, then plan and suggest the most optimal solution and price. The contract is concluded after negotiations, followed by the design engineering, construction and transfer of the site and the construction warranty.

As the main contractor in construction, we highly value the use of the right subcontracting partners and have a proper quality assurance system. Our frequent site inspections, combined with our regard for the customer’s changing wishes, guarantee that we adhere to the budget and ensure customer satisfaction. Project management covers the organisation of design engineering (based on the customer’s business plan), provision of the required permits and approvals, the organisation of the competitive tendering for construction,
finding suitable sub-contractors, planning the related cash flows, organising the use of the building, securing permits for use (if required), quality inspection, the conduct of inspections during the warranty period and the resolution of any problems that might be encountered. We consider renovation to be our special field of expertise.
This activity requires a lot of experience: we evaluate the building’s physical condition, secure the National Heritage Board’s approval of the suggested solutions, co-operate with architects and design engineers and carry out the works in a way that most preserves the original building structure.
