The building has been designed with 7 storeys above ground and 2 storeys underground. The building will have facades of distinctly different materials. The entire main entrance facade and partly the side facades will be covered with dark blue facade tiling, while the rest will be coated with light grey facade plaster. The facade of the curving section will be entirely of segmented glass.
