NCC Ehitus has begun to build three 8-floor apartment buildings, on the edge Lasnamäe, in the street Vana-Kuuli.

The size of the plot is 18 000 m2. It is planned to build 224 apartments, with the overall areas of 34-89 m2.

Eight-storey apartment buildings will be built in the residential district. Each staircase hall has a lift; the apartments feature good layouts, spacious balconies and high-quality interior finishing. Each apartment includes a storage room on the first floor. Cars can be parked on the outdoor parking spaces located in front of the buildings, to the parking houses and in the garages located on the first floors of the apartment buildings.

By today, all the apartments put up for sale in the buildings located at Vana-Kuuli 5 and Narva maantee 148 have been sold.

A building permit has been issued for the construction of the last building to be erected in the Vana-Kuuli residential district located at Vana-Kuuli 1. The plans of the apartments designed for the building located at Vana-Kuuli 1 can be looked at on the website of NCC Ehitus. The company is planning to construct an 8-storey apartment building with 56 apartments on the real property located at Vana-Kuuli 1, which, according to the design, will house two-room apartments with optimal floor space and three-room apartments with a more spacious design.
