NCC Ehitus is renovating the historical limestone building located at Lasnamäe beside Vana-Kuuli residential district.

The restored building was initially planned on the basis of functionalist architectural concept and built during the period of the first Estonian Republic for service of the Air Forces. The building was constructed in 1935 -1936.

General image of the building is determined by limestone boarding, decorated with cornices. The building is symmetrical, with simple external composition. Base plan of the building is symmetrical as well. In spite of simplicity the architecture of the building seems festive. Details are draw out specifically. Buildings with such external architecture are still very highly appreciated.

Vana-Kuuli Business House will provide offices for any companies needing pleasant working environment and appreciating private city space.

The reconstructed Vana-Kuuli Business House is located at the address Vana-Kuuli Street 7, on the lot most far away from the crossing of Narva Road and Vana-Kuuli Street. The building is separated from the mentioned streets with eight-storey apartment buildings and children’s playgrounds. As much trees as possible have preserved on the lots in Vana-Kuuli development area. This will bind the whole area into one integrity and ensure privacy to every building complex. Vana-Kuuli Business House is located on a separate lot and forms separate ensemble with trees located on the lot. Neighbouring street provides good transport connection to Vana-Kuuli Street and Narva Road.

Parking places on the lot have been planned, taking account of contemporary parking requirements.
