
Our basic values must express our internal climate. These values are the basis of our communication.
HONESTY means that we do our business with preciseness; and our customer can always rely on the information supplied by us; the NCC management does not conceal facts and has the courage to act clearly and openly. We are honest towards ourselves, our co-workers, and our customers.
RESPECT means that we respect everyone’s opinion until a decision is reached, that everyone supports the decision made,
and does not identify people with their opinions: it is possible to have different opinions but still respect each other and work towards achieving a mutual goal. We respect each other as people and as colleagues.
TRUST means that we all support the values of NCC and our company that are the basis for dynamic development, we do what we have promised to do, and we all strive in the same direction. We trust each other and others trust us.
